California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Opt-Out
Your Right to Opt Out
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" of their personal information. The CCPA defines "sale" broadly to include sharing personal information with third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.
When you opt out, we will:
- Stop selling your personal information to third parties
- Stop sharing your data with business partners for their marketing purposes
- Continue to share data only as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., showing your inventory to potential trading partners)
Note: Opting out does not affect our ability to share anonymized or aggregated data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
Submit Opt-Out Request
You can submit an opt-out request in one of two ways:
Option 1: Log in to your account
Logging in allows us to immediately process your request and apply it to your account.
Option 2: Submit a request via email
If you don't have an account or prefer not to log in, you can submit your request by email. Please include enough information for us to verify your identity and locate your data.
Verification Process
To protect your privacy, we must verify your identity before processing your request. For logged-in users, we use your account credentials. For email requests, we may:
- Send a verification email to the address you provided
- Ask for additional information to match against our records
- Request documentation if we cannot otherwise verify your identity
We will respond to verified requests within 15 business days, as required by the CCPA.
